What a great little treat for the little ones. Natland village hall hosted an Apple Day on Saturday 28th September 2013 to celebrate the harvest, children decorated their apples for prizes, winner to be announced. Lovely cakes were on sale. I had to buy the apple sponge and apple crumble, which was later devoured with an accompaniment of rice pudding! As displayed below.
